Progressive Care RN – Neuro Trauma Unit Details:
Beds: 23 Staffing:
Days/Nights – 6–7 RNs, 2 Aides Ratios: 4:1 EMR:
Meditech Equipment:
Bedside monitors, end-tidal O₂, high-flow O₂, chronic vents, subdural drains
Required Experience:
Telemetry Step-down experience
Preferred Experience:
Neuro Trauma Common Procedures:
Chest tubes EEGs
Certifications:
Required:
BLS, ACLS Preferred: NIHSS, TNCC Floating:
All inpatient units, including ICU and ED
Schedule:
Every other weekend No on-call Dress Code:
Professional attire (no specific scrub color) Ideal Candidate:
