• Deliver compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the General Surgery unit, ensuring safety and positive outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients' post-operative conditions, ensuring appropriate pain management and care plans are followed.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Respond quickly to changes in patients' conditions, demonstrating strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 2 years of experience in acute care or surgical nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications as required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
