Your Role as a RN:As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare, you’ll make a real impact by:
- Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
- A passion for providing compassionate, professional care
