Doctor Energy Saver (a division of TC Hafford Basement Systems) is seeking a motivated System Design Specialist / Sales Professional to join our team in the energy-saving sector.
Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Employee
Compensation:
Commission with Uncapped Earning Potential
- No Cold Calling:
We provide high-quality, pre-scheduled appointments with customers who have already contacted us. - Uncapped Earning Potential:

This is a consultative outside sales role, diagnosing building performance issues and recommending proven solutions.
- In-Home Consultation:
Drive to customer homes for pre-set appointments (away from the company’s place of business). - Diagnosis:
Build rapport, perform thorough property inspections, and accurately diagnose comfort/energy efficiency issues (e.g., insulation, air sealing). May likely include entering tight spaces (attics) and photographing and measuring space in order to recommend appropriate solutions. - Present & Close:
Present appropriate energy-saving solutions and effectively close the sale with the customer. - Performance:
Consistently meet or exceed projected monthly sales targets. - Service:
Provide every customer with a remarkable experience.
- Experience:
1+ years of successful experience in sales, or equivalent education/experience demonstrating a proven track record. - Required License:
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are mandatory. - Mindset:
You thrive with a performance-based commission structure. - Skills:
Strong presentation skills and proficiency using a personal computer and related software. - Preferred:
Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
