Seacoast Mental Health Center in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an Outreach Specialist/Case Manager to coordinate services and provide direct support, advocacy, and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent is preferred, with one year of field experience desired.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
