We are looking for an Associate AI Solutions Engineer to help design, build, test, and deploy practical enterprise AI applications, copilots, and agents. In this hands‑on role, you will work alongside senior engineers to turn business and technical requirements into secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Builder, Power Platform, Azure services, and Git Hub Copilot development tools.

This is a great opportunity for an early‑career AI-focused engineer who already has experience in software, cloud, data, automation, or application engineering and wants to grow in the rapidly evolving space of generative AI and agentic applications. You will contribute to real‑world solution delivery while developing deeper expertise in AI engineering practices, secure integrations, grounding and retrieval, evaluation, observability, and production deployment.

• Build, test, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI applications, copilots, agents, and supporting components under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop solution components using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Builder, Power Platform, Azure services, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Create agent actions, tools, APIs, connectors, workflows, integrations, prompts, structured outputs, and tool‑use flows using approved patterns and secure interfaces.
• Develop application components and agent backends using Python and/or C#/.NET, Azure Functions, REST APIs, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
