This is a full-time, entry-level position working with Airport Operations staff in maintaining the safety and security of the airport in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 14 CFR Part 139, and 49 CFR 1542.
- Represent airport management in overseeing daily operations of the airport.
- Conduct airfield inspections.
- Open/close airport movement areas as conditions warrant.
- Issue Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs).
- Must possess ability to obtain all required security clearances.
- A bachelor’s degree in aviation management or business or related field with relevant aviation experience and/or a pilot’s license or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Must possess valid driver’s license in state of residence.
