Operations Support Associate – Warehouse, Logistics & Quality

Component Dynamics is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to help with warehouse, logistics, and basic quality tasks. This is a hands‑on role supporting the flow of materials and documentation throughout the organization.

We’re open to a range of backgrounds — warehouse experience, early career, or someone looking to grow in operations. The schedule can be full‑time or part‑time depending on the right fit.

• Receive and organize incoming materials
• Prepare and support outgoing shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and general operations support
• Perform basic quality checks (training provided)
• Follow ESD-safe and internal handling procedures

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort in a hands‑on warehouse environment
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a small, collaborative team
• Interest in operations, logistics, or quality work
• Nice to have: experience in warehousing or shipping/receiving; interest in electronics or technical products.

• Ability to lift up to 15–20 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand, move, and handle materials for portions of the day.
