We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a hospital-employed psychiatric team. This opportunity offers a structured two-year contract with a range of competitive benefits and incentives designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being.

Contract Highlights:

Paid Time Off:29 PTO days annually

Additional 5 PTO days when reaching 75th percentile in wRVUsCME/Books & Journals:5 PTO days and up to $5,000 in reimbursement

Deferred Compensation:457(b) plan, defer up to $23,500/year pre-tax (no matching)
Retirement/Savings Plan:403(b) plan, defer up to IRS limits ($23,500 under age 50; $31,000 if over 50)
Employer match up to 2% of base pay Relocation Support:$10,000 paid directly to a moving company

Malpractice Insurance:

Claims-made policy, $1M per claim / $3M aggregate

Health Insurance:

Physician pays a small premium, deducted from paycheck

Non-Compete Clause:70-mile and 2-year restriction, or liquidated damages equal to one year s salary

Medical School Loan Repayment:

Up to $200,000 ($25,000/year for each year of service)
Residency Stipend:

Up to $25,000 (requires 2-year service commitment)
Sign-On Bonus:15% of base salary, up to $100,000 (paid at contract signing and forgiven over 2 4 years)
