We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate
** Physical Therapist

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)
* 2–4 years of experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
* Passion for empowering seniors to live independently

Responsibilities Include:

*** Evaluate and treat patients as ordered by a physician
* Develop and implement personalized plans of care
* Educate and support patients and caregivers
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
* Supervise PTAs and aides per state regulations
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation
* Engage in ongoing education and team meetings
