What We’re Looking For:

* *
* Education:

** Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders
* ** Licensure:
** Valid Ohio license as required by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
* *
* Experience:

** 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required### ###

What You’ll Do:

* Evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting
* Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
* Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on communication techniques and strategies
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
* Support program development and participate in interdisciplinary care and quality improvement initiatives
* Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
