• Promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business
• Maintain strong knowledge of key products and services
• Deliver a positive and informative customer service experience, especially around pricing and package details
• Assist with vehicle loading and the maintenance or setup of service equipment
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding car wash experience
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed throughout your shift

• A warm, genuine smile and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• High level of dependability and punctuality
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
