• Develop and manage the product area’s backlog; execute new feature development and address obsolescence with other functional leads to validate requirements.
• Facilitate Agile methodologies and continuous improvement of existing processes and systems.
• Interface with Program Management and Office of the Chief Engineer managing relationships with Software Functional Management.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on software related topics.
• Travel may be required to support design reviews and other program reviews.
• Lead the team to build a strong culture of mentoring and support employees as mentors and mentees.
• Position requires exclusive onsite presence.

• Bachelor’s in STEM and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Earn Value Management System (EMVS) and Cost Account Management (CAM). Experience developing EACs.
• U.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance required.

• Experience working with sonar or similar systems.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Experience managing cross product teams.
• Practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with international customers and programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
