Foreman Lead Technician

Lead With Your Hands in the Great Outdoors Domina’s Agway’s landscape construction division specializes in high-quality, environmentally responsible outdoor projects. Our work includes custom water features, hardscapes, landscape lighting, and sustainable landscape construction designed to work with nature—not against it. We’re looking for a Lead Tech (Foreman) who leads by example, works hands‑on in the field, and takes pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces while guiding a crew through daily production.

What You’ll Do

• Hands‑On Leadership
  :
  Work side‑by‑side with your crew installing water features, hardscapes, landscape lighting, and eco‑friendly landscape projects.
• Specialty Construction
  :
  Apply your skills in masonry, hardscaping, and general landscape construction to deliver detailed, high‑quality work.
• Plans & Execution
  :
  Read and interpret blueprints and landscape designs to ensure projects are built accurately and efficiently.
• Team Mentorship
  :
  Set the pace on site, coach crew members, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Outdoor Work
  :
  Perform physically demanding work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.

• Experienced Craftsperson
  :
  Background in masonry, hardscaping, landscape construction, or similar hands‑on trades; blueprint reading strongly preferred.
• Hands‑On Leader
  :
  Comfortable making decisions in the field while actively working alongside the crew.
• Outdoor‑Ready
  :
  Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors throughout the season in varying conditions.
• People‑Oriented
  :
  Able to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep a team aligned and motivated.

Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
