• Serve as a problem solver for your customers by combining the in‑depth training provided and attention to detail to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and practice customer service skills by discussing additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.
• Follow a route schedule within the assigned territory, allowing flexibility with customer and weather‑related factors and ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer's home.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation and leverage your hand‑held device provided for speed and accuracy.

• Pay of $20.00 to $25.00 hourly.

• No Experience Required!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
