Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals.
  • Market Strategy:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment.
  • Client Relationships:
    Cultivate long‑term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events.
  • Collaboration:

    Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    Minimum five (5) years of experience as a yacht broker or in other luxury sales.
  • Certifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Pre-Employment:
    All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.
  • Prior experience in the luxury market (a plus).
