Audit Senior

If you want more than just another audit job, this is it.Reporting to the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Supervising, supporting, and training junior staff, providing timely feedback
• Reviewing financial statements and assessing internal controls for compliance
• Setting and monitoring budgets, reporting progress and addressing overruns
• Managing your own and your team's flexible working around client needs and deadlines
• Building client relationships, communicating findings, and identifying opportunities to add value
• Escalating complex technical queries when needed

What you will need:

• ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified, finalist, or part-qualified
• Previous experience in a similar audit-focused role within a UK accountancy practice (Strong Semi-Senior, Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor or similar)
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
• Confident communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive, organised, and keen to develop your skills beyond the day-to-day
