Temporary with potential to become permanent Working Pattern: 5 days in the office, with flexibility to move to 4 days for the right person We're recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team. This is a high-volume role managing a large customer ledger, so we're looking for someone with a strong accounting background and solid reconciliation experience.

Key responsibilities Manage a ledger of approximately 700-800 customer accounts Chase outstanding debt via phone and email Complete detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Investigate aged debt and identify solutions to recover outstanding balances Maintain accurate customer account records Use Excel , including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Work closely with the wider finance team and support with accounting duties where required About you 5 plus Credit Control experience Strong accounting background with proven account reconciliation experience Comfortable managing a high-volume ledger of 700-800 accounts Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach Hardworking and willing to prove yourself in a new role Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team This is an immediate-start temporary position with genuine potential to become permanent for the right person.

The initial requirement is 5 days in the office, with flexibility to move to 4 days for someone who demonstrates they can manage the workload effectively.
