• Managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and punctuality
• Liaising directly with clients to address payroll queries, organise deadlines, and resolve any issues promptly
• Supervising a small team, supporting their development, and maintaining workflow efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
• Identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery and team productivity

• Demonstrates previous payroll experience, ideally with Sage Payroll systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Possesses strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Exhibits excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members
• Shows enthusiasm for working within a friendly, young team committed to high standards
