What You’ll Be Doing Office Coordination
Keep the office running seamlessly, creating a friendly, efficient, and professional environment.
Be the central point of contact for facilities, maintenance, suppliers, and general office queries.
Manage stationery, equipment, office supplies, and ensure meeting rooms are always guest-ready.
Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinate with building management, contractors, and external suppliers.
Handle incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
Own fire safety processes and ensure first aid supplies, signage, and emergency equipment are fully compliant.
Travel Coordination
Arrange travel across the business — flights, trains, hotels, and everything in between.
Negotiate rates with travel providers to get the best value.
Support with visas and travel documentation when required.
What You’ll Bring
Solid office experience
First-rate organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.
Experience managing suppliers and budgets.
Discretion when handling confidential information.
Bonus: experience booking travel and building itineraries.
