Position Role: OAC Outer Office Manager

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and managerial support to the OAC Director (1*) and OAC Outer Office.
  • Manage and coordinate the OAC Directors diary.
  • Book and arrange Meeting Rooms and VTCs as directed by COS.
  • Book and compile travel packs for the OAC Director and process expenses.
  • Manage the stationery budget and order Unit stationery as required.
  • Assist the OAC COS with OAC HQ mandatory training checks.
  • Manage the OAC HQ MOD Form 102 and Safe physical security.
  • Deploy/embark as required to provide administrative support to the OAC HQ.
