Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a residential site in Portsmouth.
This role would suit someone with strong administrative skills and confident people skills who is comfortable being the central point of contact on site and supporting a small team.
You do not need to have previously held a General Manager title, but you should be confident taking ownership of operational tasks and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the daily running of the site

• Act as a key point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams

• Support coordination of maintenance and operational activities

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

• Assist with monitoring budgets and operational costs

• Help ensure the building remains safe, welcoming, and well managed

• Escalate and resolve day-to-day issues proactively

About You

• Previous experience in administration, property, facilities, or customer service

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Confident communicator with a professional approach

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive and solution-focused
