Job Title:
Account Executive / Admin Assistant
A leading print management company has an opening for a friendly, enthusiastic Print Account Executive / Admin Assistant with an outgoing personality. You'll support the client services team on one of our biggest mailing accounts. The role requires multitasking, quick learning, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Process orders and schedule deliveries.
- Perform general office tasks.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Process sales and purchase invoices.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly proactive and organised.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Assertive with detail orientation and strong focus.
- Exposure to the production of mailing solutions (direct mail, transactional mail, or hybrid mail).
- Must be resident in the United Kingdom and have recent experience in print, packaging, or paper sectors.
