We have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team to be based in Portsmouth (Cosham).
In this role, you willbe responsible for processing manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring claims are handled to the highest efficiency andrequiredstandards, andhave the opportunity toidentifyareas for developmentregardingthe quality of warranty controls and processes.

The Opportunity:
As the Warranty Administrator you will be:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of all Warranty claims including partial and good will claims andsubmitto the central warranty department for invoicing.
- Carrying out periodic self-audits using the manufactures system to ensure that all current standards are met.
- Accurately processing and invoicing all recall claims to the manufacturer standards.
Rregularlymonitoring the warranty work in progress to ensure all possible claim shave been processed.
- Keeping appraised of any changes or amendments to themanufacturersguidelines and processes.
- Assisting the Service manager with anyadditionaltasks including assisting with internal invoicing if required.
About You:
- Ideally you will havepreviousexperience in the automotive trade in a similar position, however both internal and manufacturer-based training will be provided.
- You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met.
- When it comes to attention to detail, your approach must be meticulous.
- Core skills in computing (including the use of MS packages).
- Ability to build excellent relationships (both internally and externally)
- Have a positive attitude to problem solving.
