£31,500+ per year DOE + KPI Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle business in Portsmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an automotive Parts professional looking to develop their career within the commercial vehicle sector, working as part of a friendly, close-knit team alongside the Service and Workshop departments.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in keeping the workshop running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the right parts when they need them.

• Sourcing, ordering and receiving automotive parts
• Providing parts advice to customers and the workshop
• Supporting parts requirements for commercial vehicles
• Managing stock control, returns and warranty parts
• Maintaining accurate records using the DMS
• Managing workshop consumables, PPE, tools and equipment
• Working closely with Service and Workshop teams
• Dealing with customer and supplier queries
• Providing excellent customer service

• Previous automotive Parts experience - essential
• Car or commercial vehicle Parts experience
• Good knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to identify and source the correct parts
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and positive approach
• Ability to work well as part of a small team

Commercial vehicle experience is advantageous, but strong candidates from a car Parts background will also be considered.

• £31,500+ salary, depending on experience
• KPI bonus scheme after 3 months
• Monday
  - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Every 3rd Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm
