Senior Bid Writer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Writer to lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling tender submissions within the construction sector.

You will work closely with Bid Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to shape win strategies, develop value propositions, and produce clear, persuasive responses that maximise scoring.

• Lead writing, editing, and proofing of bid submissions
• Analyse client requirements and develop answer plans
• Develop win themes, solution narratives, and value-added content
• Coordinate reviews, quality assurance, and graphic inputs
• Manage deadlines and provide regular progress updates

• Proven senior-level bid writing experience in construction
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Technical or engineering background preferred
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• APMP qualification desirable
• Proficient in MS Word, Teams, and Share Point
