AB Tasty in London is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts to own a portfolio with £70k+ ARR, driving retention, expansion and value realization.
You will build trusted executive relationships across client teams, lead onboarding, solution adoption and quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Tech to translate insights into strategic actions. Travel up to 3 days per week may be required.
