Southern Housing is seeking a Training Compliance Manager to lead compliant learning and culture across regions. You will design and deliver training, support culture initiatives and work with leaders to ensure safety and high service standards for residents.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will manage a small team, travel across our locations, and apply blended learning methods to complex regulatory requirements. A CIPD L&D 5+ qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
