Talent Pool partners with a global FMCG business to recruit a Commercial Operations Manager in Northamptonshire. Hybrid role requiring three days in the office; you will design rhythms, processes and systems that unlock commercial performance today while shaping tomorrow's operating model.
You will run sales operations end-to-end, lead IBP demand planning, build routines for planning and budgeting, and partner with IT and Data teams to embed automation and analytics for improved decision making.
