Open Eye Gallery in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager (Job Share) to lead day-to-day operational administration, HR processes, and building safety. You will also handle financial data entry in coordination with the Deputy Director, and support volunteer placements.
The role is permanent and part-time (16 hours per week) with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and requires strong IT, numeracy and communication skills to inspire staff and volunteers
