A growing general contractor in the Portsmouth area is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves preparing estimates, conducting detailed take-offs, and providing commercial support for projects valued from £100,000 to £3 million across Southern England. Candidates should have proven experience in similar roles, strong measurement and cost control skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.
A competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000 is offered, alongside additional benefits.
