Job Responsibilities:

Full commercial management from tender handover to final account Interim valuations, CVRs, cost forecasting and final accounts Managing subcontractor packages, variations and payments Working under JCT and or NEC contracts Supporting project teams to protect margin and control cost Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Chartered RICS or working towards 3 to 7 years experience with a UK main contractor Strong JCT and or NEC knowledge Confident managing subcontractors independently Whats On Offer Salary circa £70,000 plus package (Includes Company vehicle / allowance) Stable workload and long term career progression Supportive, professional and people focused environment Apply in confidence to find out more.
