Project Quantity Surveyor

Project Surveyor | Quantity Surveyor | London Up to £550 per day shift This is exciting and challenging opportunity to work for a developer/contractor on a flagship development in London. The requirement is for a Project Surveyor or Cost Manager with major building project experience, gained on either hotels, luxury residential or commercial projects. This will be project based in the West End of London and could offer 18-24months work plus.

Responsibilities will include procurement, preparing cost estimates, appointing specialist subcontractors, change orders and managing trade accounts to ensure projects are delivered to time and budget. You will be qualified to degree level (BSc Quantity Surveying or Construction Management) and from a contracting background. Please apply below:
