Venn Group is recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a Social Housing organisation on a long-term rolling contract. This role will support the delivery of planned works and investment projects across housing stock.
The successful candidate will manage contractors, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Strong experience in contract management and social housing is essential. This position offers a daily rate of £250 to £300.
