Wates Residential is seeking a Site Manager to join our South Region team in Brighton, delivering high-quality homes and supporting local communities.
The role focuses on safety, environmental performance and working closely with Project Managers to keep projects on time and on budget, while upholding the highest standards of build quality.
You will maintain accurate site records, review designs for buildability, coordinate subcontractors and help produce recovery plans when needed.
