Concept, part of Axis CLC, is seeking a Contracts Manager for the Portsmouth office to oversee projects across Hampshire from start to finish, including the defects period. You will manage programmes, budgets and client relationships on internal fit out, refurbishment and alteration works.
The role requires leadership, construction knowledge, the ability to read drawings, and proficiency with Excel, Project, Word and Outlook, with a strong focus on health and safety and contractual awareness
