Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month contract overseeing the construction of a new-build industrial warehouse facility.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing industrial or commercial construction projects, with specific experience delivering steel frame warehouse or industrial unit builds from groundworks through to completion.

• Day-to-day management of site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure programme deadlines are achieved.
• Managing health & safety on site and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works are completed to specification.
• Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to senior management.
• Managing site logistics, labour, materials and plant requirements.
• Maintaining project documentation and site records.
• Ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Previous experience delivering steel frame warehouse/industrial unit developments.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme and manage multiple subcontractors effectively.

• Experience working on warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution facilities.
• Temporary works knowledge.
• Experience managing projects from groundworks through to handover.

• 6-month contract with immediate start.
