The Site Engineer (rates dependent on experience) will form part of our Site Management team and be responsible for technical, organisational and supervisory elements of each given site.

• All aspects of setting out and levels.
• Surveys.
• Checking drawings and quantities.
• Produce cut and fill reports
• Taking off materials.
• Working with a number of gangs.
• Liaising with any consultants and / or sub-contractors engaged in the project
• QA

• Hardworking / timekeeping and reliability.
• Prioritising work areas / gangs.
• Competent using total stations and GPS.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• A commercial understanding of budgets and timelines for projects
• Good communication skills at all levels to enable you to work with clients, construction managers, subcontractors etc
• Technical know-how
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of IT knowledge
• Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
