You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions, supporting the growth of the business from pre-construction through to handover on refurbishment and new build projects.
You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities, obtain subcontractor quotations, and present tender
