Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 270 - 300 GBP Daily GBP 270.00 300.00 DAY

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial unit project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects.
Strong administration and reporting skills.
Experience managing engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
Ability to coordinate programme schedules and resolve site issues effectively.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management and supervision.
Liaising with engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
Managing site documentation and reporting.
Ensuring project milestones are achieved.
