Senior Student & Access Coordinator

CIH International Housing Group is looking for a proactive team player to join the Student Housing service at the University of Portsmouth. This role involves providing excellent advisory support to students, parents, and landlords while maintaining high standards of service.

The successful candidate will assist in the development of the Student Housing service, handling enquiries and coordinating accommodation support. You must have strong customer service and data processing skills, along with a background in a busy office environment.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work outside core hours, particularly during the arrival season.
