As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award‑winning service directly to customers’ doors, ensuring our vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

• Resolve customer rental queries.
• Administer customer accounts.
• Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Calm, can‑do attitude.
• Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
• Proven induction training will be provided, so no prior industry experience required.
