KBS Maritime is seeking a proactive Deputy Helpdesk Manager for its Portsmouth‑based service delivery team. You will support the day‑to‑day Helpdesk operations, deputise for the Helpdesk Manager, and help develop the team while ensuring high customer service levels.
Key duties include prioritising work, managing CAFM workflows, producing performance reports, and supporting training to maintain quality standards. A 37‑hour week with some flexibility is required.
