Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (£40,000 OTE potential)

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm | Saturdays: 1 in 3 (8:30 am – 1:00 pm)

• Delivering a top-tier customer experience from initial greeting to handover.
• Handling incoming calls, managing bookings, and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress.
• Working closely with the workshop team to ensure job efficiency and on-time vehicle delivery.
• Explaining vehicle work clearly and offering appropriate additional products and service upsells.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a fast-paced automotive customer role.
• Strong communication skills, great IT literacy, and an organized, positive mindset.

Commutable Locations:
Based in Portsmouth, easily reachable from Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Gosport, and Chichester.
