We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join a busy team on a short-term project lasting approximately 4 6 weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are available to start immediately and are looking to gain valuable experience within a professional corporate environment. You'll be speaking with business contacts over the phone, updating internal systems, and helping ensure key information is accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact third parties to confirm and update account information.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and request copies where required.
• Accurately update internal systems and maintain detailed records.
• Provide a professional, friendly and courteous service during all telephone interactions.
• Manage your workload effectively to meet project deadlines and targets.

• Confident and professional when speaking on the telephone.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on outstanding requests.
