SSE is seeking a General Enquiries Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract in Havant/Portsmouth. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working and 50% office presence during training. Salary £30,684–£36,666 plus benefits.
You’ll handle general inquiries, schedule maintenance work, and support the emergency team as needed. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong listening skills, and the ability to work across multiple databases and teams.
