A long standing partner is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Portsmouth site on a temporary basis. The role is customer-focused, acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates, answering queries and ensuring a smooth service throughout the process.
You should be friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone. Prior experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred; immediate start available.
