Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 | working every other weekend with a day off in lieu Sat 08:00 –12:30 | Sun 09:00–12:00 Assignment Length: 6-month fixed term (With a view to go permanent after 6 months)
The Role We’re seeking a Rentals Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. You’ll help customers find the right rental solution, manage reservations and agreements, and promote add-on services to enrich the rental experience.
Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and recommend tailored rental options Conduct vehicle inspections and complete accurate documentation Process reservations, agreements, and payments Clearly explain terms, conditions, and insurance coverage Promote add-on services to improve customer experience Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally Coordinate with the team on fleet availability and maintenance Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
