Transport Customer Service

We are currently seeking a Transport Customer Service for our company based in Hatfield on a day shift. Do you have experience in admin within transport or worked within a call centre, this job could be for you. Possible permanent position for the right candidate.

• Handle volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Log, track, and update customer interactions using a ticketing system

Transport Customer Service What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Must have transport admin experience background
• Must have call centre background
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred

• Hours: Starts times will vary from 6am and latest finish could be 19pm
• Must be flexible to work 5 shifts over 7 - weekend work could be included
