Location: Clerkenwell, London

Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (DOE)

Full-time, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

• Lead the delivery of two major residential towers within a large multi‑phase scheme
• Coordinate programming, deadlines, workflow, and team activity
• Maintain clear, professional communication with the developer client
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and support Stage 4–5 delivery
• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and senior leadership
• Support resourcing, mentoring, and team development
• Represent the project in design meetings, workshops, and presentations

• ARB registered & Qualified Architect
• 8+ years’ post‑qualification experience (or equivalent senior capability)
• Experience leading large-scale, developer‑led residential projects
• Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills
• Ability to coordinate multi‑phase programmes and internal teams
• Competent Revit user (able to review models and guide delivery)
• Strong organisational and leadership ability
• Proven experience delivering technical packages on complex buildings (Stage 4 –
  5)
